The new era of congress is witnessing a great deal of changing times .....The calculations are clear from Jr.Gandhi ,he wants to target the left outs by the congress in the yesteryears....Rahul Gandhi visited JNU to meet the students there and spend around three hours with them ,chatting and discussing Politics and the youth ....... the breeding ground of leftists .Rahul was welcomed with a black flag ...but the impact of which was very less...then the discussion went on for not less then 3 hours.....Why did Rahul felt the need to be at JNU ????
The reason is JNU has a very strong students politics and a lot of leaders have been from JNU ....His forsightness has made things go to an extend that he has started targeting the future from today ......he wants to project Congress as a party of the youth who has the ability to take on all the challenges effectively.He very smartly answered all the questions put forward by the students .....The press was not allowed to enter the campus ,but we smart generation managed to have bites and records on the handicams and camcorders.....This is one incident of gelling up with the youth ,as to how congress has strategised to influence this generation ,putting Rahul in front to give a face to the words spoken by the authorities.
Another example of the new manifestation by the congress is that of Rahul Gandhi having food in a Dalit house ....again a great step towards getting the emotional connect ...people in the media will be able to understand it even better that how a emotional connect makes you loyal towards something .He defined it as a matter of Ecomonic Deprivation rather then a caste system......How well Rahul has been using all the terminologies now........Hats off...I see congress as the party of the coming times as Rahul has made his intentions clear that he is keen on having all vote banks rather then a bracketted vote bank......
Thankfully ,at least in a long time we can see a politician who is breaking the barriers for a better cause .......What ever be the strategy but the result that is visible to the common man is that of a person who has a vision and mission to make India truely Secular.....

do you think his attempt of creating a secular nation would have created even a ripple if HE WAS NOT FROM GANDHI FAMILY.
no.....i dun think so.....i sometimes think that whatever moves he is taking is scripted, has been suggested by someone.....and obviously he is not taking the PM post because he knows that the second largest party of the country is nearing its funeral.
he knows even he will contest for the same place after 5 years he is gonna win it.
One thing what i will appreciate when he will become the PM that at least India will get a leader who will not be in the the pressure of small parties. This will be just because at his time there will not be any second party for the Congress to have a fight.
otherwise, You know india here 1 lady can stop the 1000 crore project at Singur and 1 man can go on hunger strike and get Telangana as a state......
....poor India!!!!

Very true .....Rahul ,Appriciate your thoughts on the same...I have never been Rahul Gandhi's follower and nor a critic ...but at least it is a very emotional eye wash for so many ppl like me and you who look up to our governmnet as the ones who can provide us with a great deal of security.
It wwas just a thought for the moment that made me write the view and experience of a common man.....

I really appreciate about the way you analyzed and see about our young and promisng Mr. gandhi Jr. who is sitting on heaps of hopes and expectaton of common masses(The reason may be family background :| ) However I really don't think that just getting to know the problems and having food with the the deprived families would help him a lot.
Recently we have heard the story about widow named kalawati from U.P(one ofthe few families where rahul gandhi had spent time)and how her problems ccontinue to haunt her even after having a visit of the prince(in thought of common masses). So, I really feel that Rahul should give more effort in solving the problem of atleast one house rather than visiting whole India just before elections.Otherwise , this very believe in him will certainly be lost in few years.

Few things I like about Rahul Gandhi is that 1.He is not hungry for power 2. Moves very slowly towards his goal of making congress the dominant party again.3.Has a clear focus 4 Listens to his advisers.
He is also being benefited by a weak BJP leadership . But don't you think he is sounding too good to be true. Viz, when congress wins elections in UP the credit goes to him (Rahul doctrine etc) but when it loses somebody else has to take the blame.He is just a projection for the congress party to mislead the youth of india.
If he is good enough he should take ministrial position and show some performance?
